Based in our central London offices, this is an exciting opportunity for someone interested in working in an administrative role within the construction\/maintenance industry.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Book Antiqua, serif;\">The successful candidate will possess excellent organisational skills together with a capacity to work well as part of a close knit team as well as independently in support of the Works Manager and the maintenance team. S\/he must also have good knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
